I bought this vintage bag in 2004.  I remember the woman who owned it and she shared with me, her trip to NYC, to a small shop on Madison Avenue.  I love the shades of blue this bag embraces. The inside is light blue leather with a zippered mirror compartment.   I took it to my local shoe repairman and he replaced the handles for two longer ones so I could tuck the bag under my arm and have the straps hug the shoulder.   I added four new brass purse feet as well.  I have to say I love this bag more than any other bag I have ever owned.  I do have a few good bag stories that maybe I will share with you one day.
